Education is an important part

of any health care approach.

Education is an important part of any health care approach and
mistletoe therapy is no exception.

Mistletoe Therapy UK aims to engage with patients and the public as well as other health professionals in a variety of ways. We run education days for healthcare professionals and information days for patients and members of the public who wish to find out more about mistletoe therapy.

Providing information

Mistletoe Therapy UK understands that both patients and professionals need reliable information about mistletoe therapy.

Our website helps give patients the information they need to make an informed choice about mistletoe therapy as part of their personal approach to cancer. It also provides information for healthcare professionals so they can support patients who choose, or seek advice on, mistletoe therapy.

Mistletoe Therapy UK provides:

  • >   information days & workshops:
where patients can learn about mistletoe therapy and share their experiences
  • >   education days for professionals:
with up-to-date research and a focus on practical applications of mistletoe therapy.

Patient Information Days

At information days, patients, family and friends can find out about mistletoe therapy, up-to-date information on relevant research and hear first-hand patients' experiences of mistletoe therapy.

Information days often include practical sessions on topics such as nurturing self and building resilience. There is also time to meet with other people who have cancer and share experiences.
